| Did you create a HTML page, activate forum widgets, create a new widget, and added the CSS code? |

| Yu did not change the HTML code in the areas where it said COLORHERE.
How does it look? Do you want to change it colors? |

| There is a known issue with this type of chatbox. If you use the image resizer in the administration panel, this code will cause the resizer to stop working. |
