What is the code for this

I want it where in the post/topic body you see somthing like that next to the warn bar with a + on the top end and a - at the bottum i want it where only mods/admins can see it also you press the +<--- and it takes the warn up by ten/ the image to the next one and the -<----- takes it down by -10/ to the last image

That whould be sweet to have that on.

I am in talks with a web coder he says he could do it but it is going to cost me $20usd i am paying it if it works

I have not seen any code for this on Forumotion forums. I believe Invisionfree and Zetaboards have it.
